My name is Justin Jones. I am a student at the University of Texas at Austin, but I call Irving, Texas home.

I study Journalism, and I am also pursuing certificates in Digital Arts & Media and Computational Science & Engineering. I am currently a Life & Arts associate editor for The Daily Texan, UT’s school newspaper, as well as a member of The Austin Film Critics Association. I have sufficient knowledge of programming languages, and use code for advanced computations. I also have a strong background shooting and editing videos, proficient in Apple Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere, as well as documentary filmmaking.

In the past, I have been a writer for sports website The Armchair All Americans as well as the social media intern for National Instruments, an Austin-based global tech company.
